Desire Lands

in this place we can be our best selves

What is left behind after the context in which we live has died, looking back to look forward; time is tenseless. New societies unhindered by geography orchestrate new belief systems and sentiment is built up through sheer force of that faith of an ending occurring within our living memory. Humans have always marked the land, but out with the context of their environs in time meaning is distorted and lost. To our ancestors we look to the stone remnants and earth works, to our forebears we leave our own structures; by the mark we make on the land, we are.
